The garden and surroundings were really beautiful, but I had some doubts about the cleanliness of the sheets - they didn't seem freshly washed to me. Still, the setting was lovely and made up for some of the issues.

The facility was pretty good, but the check-in process was a total mess - I had to wait for almost an hour, which was really frustrating. It felt very unprofessional, especially considering the rest of the place was well done. Overall, a bit of a mixed experience.
