“Staff were very good upon arrival but room was disappointing and could have benefited from proper cleaning and upgrading”
The spot was easy to find, but the room felt worn out and dusty—skirting boards, pipes, and the en suite were all grimy, and there was no TV remote, just a single towel. I only stayed one night, so it didn’t bother me too much.

The location was spot‑on, just a few minutes’ walk from the train station. A young lady greeted me and went the extra mile to help. Nothing could be improved.
