The location was nice and the staff were friendly; the lodges were fairly well equipped with covered hot tubs, but they were very warm inside, had no fans or cooling, and Wi‑Fi was missing.

We enjoyed a lovely stay at Riddings Wood Lodge in Alfreton; the lodge was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything needed for a relaxing break. The setting was peaceful, surrounded by beautiful countryside, making it a perfect escape from the city. The lodge was clean, well presented, and felt like a home away from home. We especially liked the tranquil surroundings and the chance to unwind. The location was ideal for exploring the area while still feeling private and secluded when we wanted downtime. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend Riddings Wood Lodge to anyone seeking a comfortable and relaxing getaway; we’d happily return.
