The décor was nice, but the staff didn’t answer our calls or WhatsApp messages during our stay, which caused problems.

The place is great, very stylish and roomy. Our room was spacious too, with a comfy bed. The host is very friendly and communicative, giving plenty of useful tips on how to navigate the medina, which hammam or restaurant to visit.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel right at home during our night at Dar Faracha; we were two adults and three kids, and the beautifully kept, charming accommodation impressed us, but the real highlight was the service—Morad and the breakfast lady were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed, and the breakfasts themselves were lovingly prepared with delicious ingredients. It’s definitely a family‑friendly spot for anyone after peace, a pretty setting and outstanding human hospitality, thank you so much for everything and we hope to return. The only downside was the access when staying in the medina.

After navigating the narrow alleys of Fès, we found this little gem tucked in the city centre. The welcome is especially warm and the staff is attentive, always ready to help you find your way or answer any question about the city. A parking lot is a few minutes away from the riad and a free shuttle drops you at the doorstep. The breakfast is hearty and the rooms are comfortable.
