The location was great, the breakfast was superb, and the restaurants were good. Everything else was fine, except there was no heated pool.

The location and the restaurants were good, but the cleaning could have been better. There was no heated pool, otherwise everything was perfect.

The layout of the place is exceptional, the room is spacious and comfortable, and the rooftop restaurant is also remarkable.

I enjoyed the buffet lunch and dinner, and the vegetable selection was plentiful, which pleased my vegetarian friend. The garden inside the hotel feels like a quiet escape from the outside bustle. The weather was bad, so I couldn’t enjoy the view of Mt. Meru as much as I’d hoped; seeing the mountain clearly, like in the promotional photos, is apparently a rare occurrence. If you’re lucky enough to see it, consider yourself fortunate.

The place is absolutely stunning, and the staff went above and beyond; I’d definitely recommend it.
