The Standard Family Room sleeps four with two single beds, one large double bed and an optional crib. A private bathroom offers a walk‑in shower, a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries, while the room features sound‑proof walls, parquet flooring and a wardrobe. Guests can enjoy a flat‑screen TV and a tea‑and‑coffee maker for in‑room refreshments.
Breakfast was good, the beds were luxurious and the place was clean, but the showers were a bit small.
“Geräumiges Familienzimmer”
The breakfast buffet was huge and extensive with plenty of fresh fruit; the dining room was so large that even when many people were there you could always find a seat. The hotel staff were very friendly and attentive. Our family room was spacious and bright thanks to the many tall windows. The hallway to the rooms was very dark, the light there was dim and could not be brightened. In the family room, above the children's beds on the gallery, there was a ventilation that buzzed loudly, and even though the room was warm, extra warm air was blown directly onto one of the beds, which was not very pleasant for the kids. Fortunately, that ventilation turned off late in the evening.
The receptionists went out of their way to speak Portuguese with us.

The hotel was nice and cozy, the staff friendly, the breakfast tasty and varied, and everything in Vik was within walking distance.
