“Excellent rooms but inconvenient facilities.”

The room was comfortable and spacious, but the location of the rooms was very inconvenient; our first room was a quarter of a mile from the check‑in lobby, and the hotel signage was unlit, making it hard to find at night.

We were told we could call a day before arrival to request early check‑in at least an hour before 3:00, but when we needed to be ready for a wedding at 3:15 after a long drive, the hotel seemed to have a problem and never confirmed it. We were charged an extra $30 for an hour and 15 minutes earlier check‑in, which feels unfair; I hope my daughter’s card gets refunded since she was told there would be no extra charge when booking.
