Convenient for our vacation needs, the breakfast food selection was excellent, the property was clean, and the staff is excellent.

The hotel charged a ridiculous room deposit fee of $250. It’s hard to understand how a business can think it’s acceptable to request such a high amount to be held as a deposit. Even though the money was eventually refunded, it was held for a week. It’s generally wrong to do this, but holding it even after checkout is terrible business. Who has $250 to spare or freeze up, especially when traveling? The man at the desk was incredibly rude while simultaneously dismissing me as a guest.

The studio rooms were spacious, but the sofa‑bed mattress was old and uncomfortable, with metal springs digging into our backs, so the kids slept terribly. No blankets were left on the sofa‑bed and it wasn’t assembled when we arrived; when we asked for blankets they handed us four sheets and said that was all they had. The price was absurd for such shoddy service, ridiculously high, and the receptionist was very unfriendly. The heated pool actually had cold water.

The room layout was great, the free breakfast was good, and the kitchen was handy. However, the shower was dirty, with strands of hair of varying lengths on the wall, which was disgusting.
