The location is convenient. The mattress wasn’t as comfortable as I had expected from a Fairmont.

It’s close to where my kids live. The breakfast wasn’t very good and the selection was limited; on Saturday we went downstairs at 8:30 am and there was almost nothing left to eat, so I had to ask for coffee. We ended up eating at the Village Inn next door. I chose this spot because it offered breakfast, so it was very disappointing 😞

The desk staff was very accommodating. Everything else was fine.

“Very enjoyable stay!”

It was very convenient for the places we were visiting. The muddy mess outside our window on the north side looked untidy; I guess it isn’t the hotel’s responsibility, so they may not be able to fix it. It didn’t bother us much, but it didn’t look good for the hotel.

“Great clean hotel, staff is super friendly, breakfast was good!”

It was clean and close to everything! The bed was a little uncomfortable, probably because I’m pregnant.
