The staff were terrible; our room was never cleaned during the three nights we stayed, the toilet was broken, and there were no towels or tissues. When I requested those items, the front‑desk lady was very rude.

The place was quiet, but there was no machine.

When we arrived, the hotel turned us away at the window because we had a service dog; they denied our pet, were extremely rude, had already taken our payment, and never refunded us even though we showed up and were refused entry.

A parking lot I could sleep in my car. The walls were covered with something that looked like drips and splatters from a horror movie. Cockroaches came out from between the mattresses when covers were pulled back. someone was banging and screaming on a door at 2am. It smelled like cigarettes, the bathtub had crazy stains all over it. I slept in my car it was so bad and it was safer than Walmart I guess
