I was completely surprised— the owner picked us up from the airport, arranged a fantastic dinner, and handled every detail. The hostel terrace gives a breathtaking view of the pyramids right at your fingertips. Plus, the owner gave us a full rundown of what to watch in Egypt and the cheapest ways to get there. The staff were very kind and helpful, offering several food options and useful Google suggestions. However, there was no hot water, the weather was very cold, and overall cleanliness was lacking.
