“Très déçue”
The location was convenient and easy to reach, but we had been there before and it had a good value, yet this time the elevator was broken on the 3rd floor. There was no heating even though it was 7° outside and when we asked for an electric heater it didn't work. In short, we didn't sleep that night, felt chilled after the shower, and the next day they admitted they knew the room had a heating issue and the backup radiators hadn't been tested. I’d rather pay more elsewhere; we won’t return.
