The bed and pillows were comfortable. The location was perfect for the S. Matteo polyclinic. Daily linen changes and room arrangements were provided upon request. I had chosen a room with a terrace, but it wasn’t given to me. On the day of departure, when I received the entry code by phone with a demo video, I noticed the room had been moved to a nearby building. Despite my protests, they tried to accommodate my requests with some shortcomings. I thank the lady who was very courteous on the phone, apologizing for the inconvenience. The room still needs fixing: a stuck blinds, a shower with moldy grout, and a grimy toilet bowl.
