The gentleman at reception was absolutely amazing, smiling and kind.
The staff were extremely friendly, everything was clean, the restaurant with an outdoor terrace was nice and the bed was comfortable. I had specifically requested a room with a fridge and a kitchenette, but the fridge was so tiny it couldn’t even chill a bottle of wine and anything placed inside froze solid within two hours, making it useless. The kitchenette only had a tea set, two tiny espresso cups and a kettle, so I had no idea how to make tea properly. That was disappointing because I chose the room for its facilities, and had I known, I would have picked something else. My boyfriend was celebrating his 50th, and we wanted chilled wine and a snack—not frozen solid. The room looked larger in the photos and felt cramped, though it’s just a place to sleep, so it’s not a total deal‑breaker; I just expected more space.
The accommodation was clean, and the staff were kind and helpful. We were completely satisfied.

The location was fine. The staff were unpleasant and utterly lacking in basic courtesy. We arrived expecting a pleasant stay, but left with a very negative experience. From the moment we entered, the reception was reluctant to help. The real issue happened in the restaurant, where our wallet disappeared from the table. No one left the table during the entire meal; only the waitress approached us. When we politely asked about it, she reacted aggressively, unwillingly, and even accused us of racism. We eventually found our wallet between the menu cards at the bar, so she had indeed taken it. Mistakes happen, but instead of an apology, we were met with rude and dismissive behavior for the rest of the evening and during payment. The same attitude continued the next day. The hotel lacks professional approach and courtesy entirely. We’ll skip this hotel next time.
