The hotel was close to where I was going and the convenience of being inside the plaza was appreciated, yet room 118 faced Avenida Patriotismo and, because it was near the dining area, there was a lot of noise from early on.

Everything was fine with the chain, but the breakfast dropped from 9 and they stopped putting food on the table.

I liked the location and the area, but the reception lady’s attitude was very apathetic. The shower had poor water pressure, the door didn’t hold the card well, and at breakfast there were only protein eggs.

The reception manager had a bad attitude, and the lack of new batteries in the controls meant we could never use the television.
