“NO SWIMMING POOL.”

The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, a fridge, and a kettle but nothing else. There is no swimming pool. This is a 21‑story block of apartments with another abandoned tower block next to it. This is not a hotel in the normal sense of the word.

The bed was comfortable. The location is very hard to find, even for taxi drivers. The self‑check‑in did not work for us. There were holes in the wall, the floor was loose, and some lights didn’t work. There was no shampoo or toilet paper, and when we asked, we were told they don’t have them.

I found ants everywhere—sink, bed, wardrobe, etc. I had to change rooms twice and the same issue persisted. The room interiors are worn and damaged, needing repairs. I found it disgusting and impossible to stay in these rooms even for four hours while waiting for my flight, so I decided to leave. The reception staff told me I would get a refund if I asked booking, but they have disappeared from every communication channel, and without their approval I can’t receive any money back. I sincerely hope no one has to endure this nightmare at the end of a vacation.

There’s a small extra room where you can stash luggage and other items, and the room itself is fine. The swimming pool is quite clean. However, the lobby is hard to locate because there’s no sign pointing to it, and there are no chairs available.
