The stay was pleasant, and the owner gave me a lift to the tunnels which really helped with timing, as they had told me I had to collect my bags by 10.30 am, which seemed odd since check‑out was only at 11 am. Checking in was a bit of a battle and delayed because they couldn’t speak any English and didn’t use the mic on the translate app. A lot of light leaked in through the thin, flimsy curtains, making it feel strange to cover myself with such a short sheet/cover that was like half‑size, then a blanket on top. The toilet and shower are downstairs too.
