Both hoteliers were extremely friendly and personal, the breakfast and half‑board dinner were exceptional with three choices. When a mishap at the Großarl ski lot got my wife’s ski pants dirty, the hotel washed them on the spot at no extra charge. We also had to leave a day early because of a family issue, yet no cancellation fee was applied. We’ll gladly return in summer since there are plenty of activities beyond winter sports and the hotel’s location away from through‑traffic is ideal.

There was a wide selection at breakfast and a large, cozy spa area. No bathrobe was provided in the room, but it could be requested at reception. It’s not directly on the slope, but there is a bus connection.
