Overall, the guesthouse is clean and quiet, with good amenities. I didn’t like that the bedding couldn’t be changed.

The area is very residential, close to various stores and restaurants. Nothing else to note.

The freedom.

I enjoyed walking the distance to the metro; the neighborhood is quiet and there are many 7‑Eleven stores nearby, which is very handy. Everything was very clean, and I liked having a smoking area. The room was small and far from the metro, and I spent time figuring out how to keep the shower light on.

The place was absolutely dreadful. The room was tiny, offering no space for any suitcases. The kitchen was used for changing clothes, sometimes until 1 am. We arrived to a filthy room, and the host offered us another one that was also dirty, even texting us that it had been used before and that he could cancel the reservation so we could find somewhere else. The room was advertised for one person but he sold it to two. It was horrible, horrible, horrible. I've stayed in hostels with ten people in a room and never seen such dirt! The nearest train is 1 km away. Just no!
