Location is fantastic, breakfast was excellent, afternoon drinks had wonderful included appetizers. Room was a cramped. Dont like glass doors around bathroom and shower

The location, the staff, the welcome drinks, and the breakfast were all great. There’s nothing negative to mention.

Everything was perfect! The staff were very friendly, a lady spoke French, lunch and coffee were superb, and the pastries were amazing. The staff’s friendliness, the quality of the room, the very good included lunch, and the proximity for visiting Bergamo right next to the funicular are all highlights. Don’t go through the ZTL zone.

Everything was great! The only downside was that we only stayed one night. The hotel, the staff, and Bergamo were all 10!
