“Clean Room but Very Disappointing Service”

We were initially impressed with the cleanliness of our room and the convenient location, but things quickly took a turn for the worse. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, the hairdryer was broken, and the room wasn't cleaned or replenished with towels and essentials for the second day of our stay. When we complained, the receptionist gave us a dirty look - it was a really frustrating experience and we won't be back.
