How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The apartment is very pretty and tastefully furnished. The coffee machine is solid, making great coffee in the morning, and I also liked the doughnut for breakfast. The apartment and the management are perfect – the only downside is that the building entrance isn’t the most welcoming, and I might have felt a bit uneasy leaving at night, but that’s not the managers’ fault.

The location on Via Balbi is fantastic – plenty of restaurants, shops, and the station is nearby. The apartment has no street noise and a cute little garden with a view of the harbour. The amenities are good and everything is run to a very high standard. The manager even left us cake for breakfast! The other residents we met were friendly. We’re glad we chose La Botanya. Nothing to complain about.

The room is very nice, everything works, the bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom is small but clean. The shared area is a great idea – there’s coffee, tea, and free cake. Getting in touch with the staff is very easy and they reply quickly. The location itself is average; being close to the station is a big plus, but the entrance isn’t the most comfortable. That’s just my take.

The décor is charming, the location is great, the balcony is wonderful, and the communication with the staff was effortless. I would definitely return and have already recommended the hotel to friends. 10/10 ♥️
