The room, bathroom, and kitchenette were all very clean and that part of my stay was enjoyable. The pool wasn’t open at the correct time and I couldn’t swim as planned; the pool attendant said it was closed for cleaning, even though the sign said it would open at 8, and I had a meeting at 10 that was the reason for my stay.

The stay was pretty solid overall, but if I had to suggest a tweak, it would be the location and signage. The sign was a bit low, so we overshot it at first, yet we eventually found the place and had a great time. The signage could be higher so people like me can see it more easily, though I understand there might be state restrictions and such.

The service was excellent and the room was very comfortable.

The room was clean and close to the wedding venue, and the beds were comfortable, but the new couch was too deep for a proper seat, making it hard to sit comfortably. The room never cooled below 75, and there was no hot water at night or in the morning. The staff mentioned the nozzle might be installed incorrectly and suggested we try again after checking out. Our son's room was also too warm, and his shower only reached scalding hot temperatures. At breakfast, my son saw a family enter the front door, eat breakfast, and hug the desk staff as they left. One man in that family was wearing socks but no shoes.

The bed was very comfortable, but the facility is old with peeling wallpaper, visible bug traps, and a broken tub drain stopper.
