One of the best hotels I've stayed in, with comfortable rooms, a delicious breakfast, and excellent service; the team handled every request promptly, and I will definitely visit again.

Overall a great stay; improving the TV quality and providing a more comfortable mattress would make the experience even better.

Extremely unhygenic and dirty bedsheets and washrooms; when asked to change they will bring more torn and dirty bedsheets, showing a lack of interest in improvement despite being located near the IT corridor.
