Breakfast is freshly made every morning by staff. The location is literally 20 seconds away from the night market. Staff are phenomenal, very helpful, very friendly. Rooms are spacious and cleaned daily if you wish. The power for the house sometimes would cut out, once a couple hours but usually a couple minutes. House is made of wood, so guests can be noisy leaving or entering in the morning or night

The location is good. The facilities are clean and nice. Staff were friendly and gave a good vibe. They arranged tours and transport to the station. I had a request, but there were often no staff at the front desk, which was disappointing.

The location was very good and the staff were very kind, so I felt at ease. The night market, major temples, and Phu Say Hill were all easily accessible, and the hotel was in the center of Luang Prabang. It was great to be able to return to the hotel for a break during sightseeing. The staff were very helpful and lovely, even showing me around the city at check‑in. The plumbing seemed a bit old, but given the price, location, and service, it didn’t bother me at all.

Breakfast was plentiful, the location was great, and stepping outside led straight to the main street, key sights, and the night market. The kettle in the room was broken and there was no bottled water; I had to buy water at a shop. The owner did allow me to use the kettle to fill the lobby’s beverage machine, so that might not be a big deal.

The front‑desk lady was fantastic—so helpful and friendly. The spot is perfect, right beside the night market and a bunch of nice restaurants. My room was huge, the shower was great, and breakfast was solid. I felt right at home and would totally recommend this place! The rooms look a bit dated, but that didn’t bother me at all.
