Crystal Springs Beach Hotel

This was our first stay at Crystal Springs, a trip we’d planned for ages, and everything was absolutely wonderful! The location offers stunning sea views, but the real highlight was the amazing staff at reception and throughout the hotel. Special thanks to Yulia, Olesya, and Panayiota (I hope I spelled her name correctly!)—everyone was kind, friendly, and welcoming, making us feel at home. On departure day, our booked taxi didn’t arrive, but the reception staff immediately stepped in, arranged an alternative, and had us on our way in just five minutes. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you all for making our holiday so special and memorable! Highly recommended—10 out of 10! We stayed in room 8, including the kids. The welcome was very professional and friendly. The hotel is ideal for families and we didn’t miss anything.

The staff are so friendly, generous, and attentive that you feel welcome anywhere on the hotel grounds. The hotel garden is a special highlight: beautiful, well‑maintained, and large enough for everyone to find a spot. The construction next door was a nuisance; comments mentioned its existence, but from 7 am to 6 pm it was an unbearable, continuous noise. If you want a peaceful stay to hear the sea waves and wind, this isn’t the hotel until the neighboring works finish. Once the construction is done, it will be a destination worth visiting.
