I stayed at a very quiet spot where the owners were helpful and the room looked nice, but even though I bought breakfast included, I still had to pay an extra fee on the spot.

The location was perfect, close to the best beaches and main attractions. The property is surrounded by a well‑maintained green countryside, full of scents and colors. The owners were very kind, hospitable and friendly, making us feel welcomed and pampered. Nothing to complain about—will come back soon!

The owners were courteous and the breakfasts were generous and varied, prepared by Mrs. Laura each morning (with a small extra fee that was very reasonable for the quality and quantity). The setting is green, very quiet, and convenient for reaching nearby towns and beaches. The view of Noto from the outdoor area is spectacular, especially at night, and there’s a shared outdoor kitchen available. We’ll return. The only issue was the lack of a visible sign for the access road; following the main road you can miss the entrance unless you slow down, which can be confusing for GPS.

We arrived to find nobody on site and had to pick our own rooms; Mrs Laura finally showed up much later despite us having warned her of our arrival, then she asked us about the breakfasts, explaining there were two options—a standard one and a paid one, even though our reservation already included breakfast. I now wonder if they were even aware of this, because the extra breakfast for three couples cost us €210.00 and we have yet to see who will refund that unpleasant surprise. According to the inn’s policy the bedding should be changed every three days, so the room was only cleaned on that schedule. Breakfast was served outdoors and would have been delivered to the room if it rained, which seems odd for a three‑star agriturismo that apparently lacks a proper breakfast area or a fully equipped kitchen; the food was actually prepared in Mrs Laura’s private home kitchen. We question whether the current sanitary regulations, HACCP and self‑control plans were respected, given we paid extra for the meals. Finally, the rooms had no TV at all, and the receipt I have does not list the €210.00 we paid for breakfast. After laying all this out, I’m not sure what else to say; as a level‑3 Genius member I’m waiting for an explanation.
