The location is good and parking is available, but the building looks older than the photos suggest.
The hotel feels overall comfortable, but the water pressure is low and the sink water clogs and flows slowly; everything else is fine.
“Just-passable budget lodging for Jeju”
Parking deck is available, and the front desk staff were courteous and spoke English well. The location is within walking distance of restaurants, convenience stores, coffee shops, and Seogwipo Maeil Olle Market, and the ocean‑side view is nice. The room had blackout curtains and working AC, plus a water dispenser in the lobby. Room service delivered fresh towels and bottled water each night, and even a last‑minute September booking was about $40 USD per night. However, the room quality is inconsistent and the building shows wear; my bed and bathroom were clean, the air quality was okay, but there was a dark stain on the couch. Another room we booked had a strong mildew smell, the bedding smelled a bit odd—as if it had been stored before fully drying—and hard‑water stains appeared in the shower. Rooms facing the back parking lot were lit by a bright light from a neighboring lot all night.
