“Propaganda enganosa”

The service was fine, but the place looked like a brochure and was actually just cold water and a moldy smell. I stayed only one night in the room and left the other nights.

“Sem acesso a propriedade e prejuizo”

I had a bad experience because I didn't know I had to check in via WhatsApp. When I arrived, it was a private house, not a hotel, and I couldn't get in. The host was upset, claimed I didn't ring the bell or call, even though I sent call logs. I tried to contact the platform, but the host refused to acknowledge I stayed, I had to pay for the loss, and she blocked me on WhatsApp.

“Decepcionante”

The location is great, but the host's arrival was a letdown. I waited over an hour while she left the house, even though she knew I was coming. The place is full of pets, which is fine if the owner keeps it clean, but it smelled like urine and feces, especially on a rainy day. The kitchen looked like a storage of old dirty stuff.
