I had a medical emergency and the staff helped at every step. This trip could have been a catastrophe but they salvaged it. The property is an amazing piece of history and I am forever grateful. Nothing else.

The room was spacious and super functional. The staff were always friendly and ready to help. The taxi service was excellent. The breakfast quality fell short of expectations. The hotel has a bar, so I expected a made‑to‑order coffee/tea service instead of an automatic machine.
