The location, the beaches, and the outdoor areas are great, and the room was large, airy, and clean. The food, however, was bad; we had all‑inclusive, so we had breakfast and lunches, but the variety was limited and the quality was poor.

The location is great, the complex is very beautiful with green spaces. The room is spacious and very clean. The food is really limited and repetitive for such a complex. Regarding the beach areas, the sun loungers are dirty and the beds and umbrellas are broken. The beach is full of cigarette butts; I know the customers do that, but I unfortunately saw it. Dogs are allowed, which is cool, but during meals it turns into a very loud concert.

The place was pretty. The outdoor areas were lovely and the kitchen staff were helpful and courteous, willing to assist and cook for our babies. The rooms weren’t clean for a 5‑star expectation; one day they didn’t even remove the bathroom trash, and they came by to lay down and change towels. The windows had no screens, and although we booked a twin with a baby under one year, they didn’t provide a baby cot or a bassinet until the next day after we asked. Also, the most serious issue: on the first night we were bathing and the shower column fell off and nearly killed us. They fixed it immediately, but you don’t expect someone to be in danger or to have to request fixes for everything in the room.

The nature and the sea were wonderful, but the distance from the room to the various places was an issue because of the level delta and the lack of enough electric cars for the many guests.

The environment was very nice, the room was clean, and the gardens and courts were well kept, with excellent service from the staff. The food was mediocre for a five‑star hotel, the drinks and sodas were low quality, and the shared toilets were not that clean; the room mattress could have been better.
