The hotel sits right on Piazza Bellini, and the rooftop terrace gives a fantastic view over the city. Opening the window brings in the typical noisy sounds of Naples, but that didn’t bother us.

The room and beds were comfortable, the cleanliness exceptional, and Alina was friendly and attentive. I had booked this place to enjoy the beautiful terraces at night, yet nobody warned me that the elevator doesn’t reach the top and that we had to climb almost two floors to get there; for us, elderly and disabled, it was very difficult, but once up it was gorgeous. The breakfast could be improved, for instance by offering fresh fruit juice instead of briquettes (we’re in Naples after all). The breakfast is mainly Italian and sweet, but the hotel listens to our wishes and isn’t shy about adding salty items and more. Nevertheless, we will return and recommend this place.

The terrace is beautiful and relaxing; the staff are extremely kind. The location is convenient and the rooms are fairly quiet despite the street’s noise. The room was bare and the furniture was poor quality. Breakfast was plentiful but of modest quality. The corridors, stairs, and terrace could use a refresh.
