Casa Santa Clara blew me away, sitting right in Quito’s historic core and designed with such care that every detail felt right—yet the real magic came from the people. Every morning Belen at reception greeted us with such genuine warmth it felt like coming home, and Chef Anthony’s dishes were the highlight of our whole Ecuador trip. The owner’s passion shows up in the décor, the vibe, and the flawless service, making this boutique spot one of the best we’ve ever visited and a must‑see for anyone in Quito. We’re already looking forward to coming back.

An absolute masterpiece in Quito. Our stay at Hotel Santa Clara was nothing short of exceptional. We occupied the Nogal suite, and the room itself was amazing. The breathtaking views of Quito from our windows are unforgettable. The hotel’s design is a stunning work of art, blending historic architecture with modern sophistication. Every corner of the property is beautiful and thoughtfully curated. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the high‑quality staff. Their attentiveness and warmth made us feel completely at home from the very first minute. They went above and beyond in every way imaginable—from curating outstanding restaurant recommendations to seamlessly helping us source a specific camera part. Exceptional service, design, and comfort. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

“Best hotel in Quito!! Don’t hesitate, book it, you will be glad you did!!”

We were thrilled with every detail at Casa Santa Clara—from the warm welcome of the staff, the beautifully finished rooms, the excellent breakfast, the prime location, to the little conveniences like a washer/dryer in our room. The breakfast was prepared exactly when we wanted it, the rooftop offered stunning views, and the staff were always ready to help, any time of day. Having travelled worldwide, this is one of our top hotels; nothing was missing, and the place felt like a hidden gem at the time we visited. We couldn’t find anything we didn’t like—everything matched our expectations perfectly.

“Outstanding ❤️”

The property is stunning, gorgeous, and exquisitely designed with an exotic, luxurious feel. The staff were amazing, and we stayed in a two‑bedroom suite that had private access to a terrace. The views were breathtaking, the location superb, and the food was fabulous. Everything was stunning.
