The spot is super convenient, well connected to bus and metro, and the neighborhood is quiet enough to stroll around at night. I stayed for three days and the place was a bit dirty; I found hair all over the room and bathroom, plus stains in the sink and shower.

“Bien pero no se si es muy seguro”

The location is great and it’s easy to come and go, everything looks clean. I don’t feel entirely safe because there’s no staff present at the property. Anyone who paid can let in outsiders, and if something bad happens there’s no one to turn to. I sent a WhatsApp at 11 am asking if I could drop off my backpack before check‑in, and the reply didn’t arrive until 21:32—definitely not quick.

They welcomed me early and the location was perfect. If you’re coming by bus from Atocha, the drop‑off stop is just one street back. My bed had a shelf for the phone that was a bit dirty.
