The location was great and the view of the river and Dragon Bridge from the room was lovely, but the windows let in too much noise, the advertised rooftop pool had no water, the room needed a sweep and a fresh coat of paint, and the doormat was dusty.

Nothing was good; everything was bad. The staff were disorganized and unprofessional, and they wouldn’t let me pay with VISA even though the sign said VISA was accepted. The room was old and run down, the shower head was dusty and moldy, the sink had black mold around the base, and the bed felt like a concrete slab with a yoga mat on top.

The location was incredible, the beds were big and comfortable, and the staff—especially the housekeeping ladies—were the sweetest. They cleaned daily with water and fresh towels, and the value for money was really good. Some maintenance was needed in a few spots, but nothing major; when we left, work was happening in a room on our floor, showing that the management is actively fixing issues.

The hotel was nice, centrally located and within walking distance of many restaurants, and the top‑floor view of Dragon Bridge was great. The room was very clean and comfortable, though some guests were very loud late at night, which isn’t the hotel’s fault.
