“A Cozy and Welcoming Place”

I gave it 10/10. We had a lovely stay at this charming hotel. It has a very pleasant, warm atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable and at home. Our room was clean, bright and cozy, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was especially comfortable, with a good mattress. The hotel is located in a quiet area, perfect for relaxing after a busy day, yet the town centre is within easy walking distance, about 20 minutes away. A special thank you to the lovely hostess, who was so kind, attentive and caring. A wonderful place for anyone looking for comfort, peace and genuine hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to recommend it!

I gave it 7/10. The guest house is good, the room is clean and matches the photos. I liked the huge basement with a fireplace and real clock striking. There was no staff in the house, but he was always in touch via Booking. The internet was very slow, only 8 Mbps, which is important for me for work. The area is not in the centre, it’s a private sector, and you have to take a taxi or bus to the centre. There was also no bottled water in the room, only tap water. I was there in autumn in the rain, and the hotel was cold; I couldn’t find any heaters. There were no breakfasts because the chef was on vacation.

“Отель в Кутаиси”

The hotel really impressed us; staff greeted us on arrival and gave us a tour, the rooms were spacious, clean and modern, and downstairs there’s a cozy, atmospheric kitchen where you can have breakfast or just a tea or coffee, plus a terrace on the fourth floor with a swing to relax on, and parking is right next to the property, about 1.5 km from the centre so you can walk if you wish. The Wi‑Fi dropped out now and then, a dog in the building opposite barked loudly in the morning even with the windows shut, and you can hear neighbours through the corridor.
