“Boa”
The location was good for a weekend. It met expectations. Security needs improvement – the elevator should only open with the keycard from the room.

I used to know this place, formerly Monreale, which changed to Del Plaza and seems to be the lower‑tier brand of the company; the reception experience is getting worse. The only advantage is its proximity to Bar Brahma, so if you enjoy live music the hotel is worth it. However, the staff are always different and terrible, the breakfast has fewer items each time, and the coffee taste is mediocre.

Everything was excellent: location, room size, bed quality, cleanliness, efficient service, and a wonderful breakfast. This was my second stay and again there was nothing that detracted from the experience. They deserve praise. Returning to São Paulo, I will definitely stay again.

It was my second stay at the hotel; I really like the space and the friendliness of the staff. The only improvement I suggest is the bedding – the pillow top keeps coming loose and the sheet has no elastic. Otherwise, everything is fantastic.

The breakfast was great, the room was tidy and the facilities were solid, but the check‑in was a nightmare: I booked several rooms, yet the system mixed up guest names and numbers, and the staff didn’t realize the reservation had the correct count and just needed to split guests among rooms.
