Everything was filthy and outdated, the Aquapark shut down at 12 am, and both the pools and the beach were covered in grime; we even saw live and dead rats, the buffet was terrible, always the same low‑quality food that made us all sick, and it was the worst experience of our lives. The staff didn’t speak English, there was no cleaning at all, the beds were extremely uncomfortable, employees treated guests badly, the front‑desk couldn’t solve anything and kept lying, a total disaster – after we tried to file a complaint they refused to sign it, showed us nine rooms and then gave us the worst one, truly horrible.

The restaurant is far from the rooms, the Aquapark only operates four hours a day and the food is disgusting, never changing day to day; the kitchen staff wear filthy clothes and the overall look is unsuitable for a hotel.

The property was poorly maintained and the staff were rude. I asked for help and they refused to assist.

The hotel is spacious and relatively nice, and the staff are cooperative and greet guests with good manners. The food was not remarkable, many dishes didn’t suit us Egyptians, and the rooms need renovations.
