How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
I never stayed there. I called to confirm my arrival but couldn’t reach anyone. When I got to the hotel, everything was dark and no one was available. The bellhop said I’d be called back, but no one ever did. I had to take a taxi to Singen and find another hotel, otherwise I’d have been on the street. The hotel can’t confirm a booking and then has no one present.

The hotel director and her staff are exceptionally friendly—absolutely charming! The bed and room are fantastic, and the warmth and hospitality are outstanding. Thank you so much for a wonderful time with you! The e‑bike was also well accommodated. Cheers to love!

Frühstück war gut, Lage auch Innenstadtnahe. Zu Beginn beim Einchecken großer Andrang weil alle auf 1500 Uhr fixiert (frühere anfrage wurde abgelehnt), Personal versuchte schnell abzuwickeln. Bei zahlen am Morgen etwas Chaos. Getränkerechnung vom Vortag sollte zweimal gezahlt werden, weil keine richtige Zuordnung. Wurde aber kurzfristig geklärt. Dafür aber drei Tage später per Rechnung angefordert, genau wie der bereits im Voraus über booking gezahlte Übernachtungspreis. Keine Reaktion auf Nachfrage, unverständlich
