“Ubytování, nebo spíš zábavní park pro otrlé? Celé ubytování pro nás bylo jedna velká katastrofa a upřímně jsme měli poci”
Accommodation, or rather a theme park for the elderly? The entire stay for us was one big disaster and honestly we felt we were in a dormitory rather than a place that offers lodging via Booking. After arrival shortly after 19:30 we learned that the restaurant was closed that day and the next day it was preparing for some celebration. Yet on Booking the restaurant was listed as operating until 22:00. Luckily we went elsewhere for dinner. After returning we bought a few beers and sat on the terrace for a while. Unfortunately two young guys started harassing us, they were very loud and vulgar. Even after several warnings they couldn't calm down, so we left to our room. And that was when the real "experience" began. The room had an incredible cigarette smell, even though there were signs around the premises explicitly banning smoking. The shower water was around 13 °C, so a pleasant shower was not possible. The whole room seemed like it could collapse at any moment. The beds were a complete catastrophe – mattresses were flattened and you really couldn't sleep comfortably. Hygiene and cleanliness were unfortunately a chapter on their own. In the hallways there was thrown laundry, mess, and an overall very neglected impression. By about 3 a.m. there was also arguing and noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway. At a price of about 750 CZK per person and night without breakfast we would expect a completely different standard today. This, in our opinion, does not match the price or the presentation on Booking. We definitely do not recommend it. We would advise the owner to consider the state in which they run their facility and whether such a level of accommodation is really something they want to present to guests via Booking.
