The service was excellent, rooms were spotless, the view was great, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to make our stay wonderful.

The location was good. However, there was no support to empty a suitcase or hang clothes, the sink siphon was clogged, the shower flooded the bathroom, the toilet paper dispenser wouldn’t hold, and the floor tiles were cracked.

This hotel is excellent; we’ve stayed multiple times now and will keep coming back. The location, rooms, staff, and breakfast are all great!

The hotel sits in a truly superb, convenient and strategic spot, and the room was well laid‑out, comfortable and functional, with the concierge staff constantly friendly and helpful. Aside from the location, which is clearly a major strength, the property falls short of what a five‑star hotel should deliver: the room cleanliness needs work – we found dirty glasses and dust under the wardrobe – and the facilities are rather limited for this class, with no restaurant in the evening, no spa and no gym. All in all, the location and the room design are excellent, but given the hotel’s rating we expected better housekeeping and a fuller range of services.
