“The hotel needs a revamp”
The location was great, and I enjoyed the terrace café and the live music. However, the hotel looked extremely dated; both the rooms and the building clearly need a full revamp.

I liked the breakfast, the lighting, the comfort, and the staff’s quick response and overall cleanliness. The only drawback was the old TVs that had no apps like Netflix, HBO Max, or Prime—just YouTube. Upgrading to modern Android TVs such as Samsung or TCL would let guests enjoy their time in the room more.

I enjoyed our trip, but the location, weather, and services were disappointing.

Breakfast was good, but the staff were not cooperative.

The terrace café, live music, and the hotel’s location were positives. Negatives included the lack of a currency exchange, the untidy swimming‑pool change area, and rooms and décor that were extremely basic. The hotel needs a new look, a new layout, and a proper refurb. After 20 years I saw no change except the two overpriced restaurants outside, and the small ice‑cream scoops cost about 5000 rupees.
