The staff here are absolutely fantastic - they really made my stay special. I'm planning to come back every time I visit Makuhari Messe. The only downside is that the breakfast gets cleared out pretty quickly, so I'd recommend getting there as early as possible. But the staff in the breakfast area were super friendly, too.
