They surprised us with a simple free breakfast—eggs, toast, Milo, coffee, tea, and cup noodles. However, the bathroom lacked a floor cloth, and there was no partition between the shower, toilet, and basin, so the floor stayed wet. We asked for a floor cloth at reception and they supplied one. The air vent in the bathroom was also non‑functional, preventing the floor from drying, and there was no ventilation at all. When we called reception for help, they said no maintenance staff were available that evening and they never followed up the next day, so we just tolerated the issue. The room we received was a corner room, making the layout awkward: the TV didn't fully face the bed, there was dead space at the corner, and the narrow walk between the bed and wall was cramped.

Nothing I liked. The room was dirty and dusty, the AC didn’t work properly, the washroom was filthy, the wall had stains and poor soundproofing, and the location was above a karaoke.

The location was convenient and, despite being right above a well‑known KTV, the soundproofing was surprisingly good. The staff were friendly, and although the hotel shares the building, room access requires a card. Note that you’ll need a RM50 cash deposit. Our room was a small corner room on the third floor that didn’t match the picture. The toilet had a weird smell, stained towels, and hair in the sink—cleanliness was off‑putting, though we didn’t comment because it was only one day. Soundproofing between rooms was poor; walking down the corridor you could hear conversations and doors opening and closing in other rooms clearly.

Nothing to recommend; please avoid. It sits on top of a karaoke, so you hear singing all night. The shower drain clogged and flooded, the bidet had no hose installed, and the aircon was extremely weak. With the same price you could book a whole apartment with far better facilities.
