The proximity to the RER station for travel to Paris was convenient, but the photos on Booking and the website were like night and day compared to the reality; the furnishings were shabby, the bedding in the family room had stains, the kettle had old water, one window couldn't be opened, and the safe was not operable. The area in front of the hotel itself was dirty.

The breakfast was decent, yet it felt like we were arriving at the end of a journey, as if the choice was limited. The ice in the bathroom was positioned too high, making it inconvenient.
From the moment we arrived, the welcome was outstanding; the staff were incredibly warm, professional, and always ready to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was beautiful: very clean, extremely comfortable, and perfectly set up, so we felt right at home. The location was unbeatable, and we’re grateful to the entire team for an unforgettable experience – we’ll definitely return with pleasure.
