Casafranca is a beautiful house with a wonderful host, Vanesa, who is very kind and supportive. She helped with everything we needed and always went the extra mile. The house is nicely decorated, set in a calm setting, and 5 minutes from town by tuk‑tuk. Breakfast was amazing. I would stay here again. The shower setup is a bit challenging.

“Fantastic stay!”

The house is fantastic! The room is very clean and breakfast is excellent! Finally the host Vanessa is great, she gave us a lot of info about the area and helped us to go back to Cusco, really lovely. We suggest it 100%!

We had a wonderful stay at Vanesa's Casa Franca. The house sits in a lovely spot just outside Ollantaytambo, which was perfect for us: quiet and away from the bustle, yet close enough. If we wanted to go into town we could just catch a taxi. Vanesa was a real gem, always ready to help with any request and made us feel welcomed immediately. The breakfast was delicious and gave us a great start each morning. The beds were huge and incredibly comfortable, so we slept wonderfully. The shower was also fantastic. During our visit there were no other guests, so we had the whole house to ourselves. The living room and kitchenette are usually shared, but that didn’t bother us at all. If we could suggest two small improvements, a heater or a fireplace would make the stay even better, especially when the sun goes down and it gets chilly. During the day it was lovely: the sun would pour in at breakfast and the apartment felt warm and cozy. Also, there is currently no Wi‑Fi in the bedrooms; it’s only available in the shared part of the house. A few Wi‑Fi repeaters would solve that easily so you have a good connection throughout. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. The peaceful location, great breakfast, amazing beds and shower, and especially Vanesa’s hospitality made it truly special. Vanesa, thank you so much for everything! We really enjoyed our stay. ❤️
