The place isn’t a 5‑star hotel, more like a 2‑3 star. Mr Odi and Ibrahim were the only helpful staff who could speak English. As soon as you walk in, a dump smell hits you and the building feels dirty and old‑school. The breakfast is the same every day and the staff seem distracted. The lady behind the reception desk was unhelpful; when I asked her to print my visa paperwork she replied she was very tired. I started my day at 8 am on 11‑8‑2026 and she said she had a lot of work. The next day, on 12‑8‑2026, when I asked about the check‑out time she said 12 midday, even though my booking listed 12‑to‑14:30. She was very rude, showed me my confirmation and then made a face. The staff overall were not friendly.
