The hygiene and location were good, especially being near the event hall we needed to attend, but the bed with two mattresses was awful; the mattresses kept sliding apart, and at one point we thought it was better to sleep on the floor than on the mattresses. The price felt high for what we received, as I’ve stayed elsewhere for that amount with a nicer, more luxurious setup and breakfast. Also, the smells were very strong—both in the hallway and in the room, the scents from the products you offer lingered. Some people get migraines from harsh odors; it would be better to use something with subtle essential oils.
