The location was good and the rooms were a decent size; the mattress was the highlight. When we arrived, the manager spent ten minutes on the phone while we waited, but was pleasant once he hung up. The maintenance and laundry doors stayed open all day, and breakfast was average with several hot items missing. A young black girl was very pleasant the first morning and made sure we had what we needed, but the second morning the breakfast staff wore pajama bottoms. Overall, the operation felt unprofessional, like an uninvited guest arriving before the house was clean; nothing catastrophic, but a secret‑shopper visit would help.
