The lady’s kindness and the location were good, but the one‑night stay had a flaw: the bathroom outside the room, supposedly exclusive, was used by the adjacent room’s couple who thought it was free.

The owner is very friendly, the equipment is authentically Italian. The house is adequately secured. The breakfast is superb, lovingly prepared. Fresh egg, cheese, fresh bread and sweet pastries. It wasn’t clear at booking that it was an apartment with three lockable rooms each with its own bathroom, and that the living room and kitchen were shared by everyone. That wasn’t an issue for us since we were alone, but it would have bothered us if it had been different.
